Precept studies transformed my life from a Islam to Christianity. The previous studies taught me about the coming of Jesus Christ, the book of James taught me about the tongue, how I will be judged in the way I speak. I am able to preach the word of God and make believers understand the text/ word of God.

This teaching is going to change the way I preach the gospel, also when I was introduced to the Inductive Bible Study Method what makes you do preach from the word and not just your own opinion. I believe that this is going to change the strategy on how I do on discipleship.

I found Precept at a time when I was crying out to God asking “where am I going to find a place to feed my hungry soul?”. I realised how much I had been missing out. I promised myself that I would become like a ripe fruit and by preparing myself I will shape the next generation with the Word of God. I came here thirsty and I quenched my thirst.

At my own village (Mambe Payam) 300 men and women were brutally killed by military organized by the security. Since the book “Forgiveness” warned us to forgive those who have done wrong against us (including our enemies) so that your Father in Heaven may also forgive you. In reality – I fear God and I forgave them.

I have been a Precept student for a couple of years and since I started being a leader, God enabled me to also lead others to Jesus by ministering to them. The Lord has become so real to me; I have grown in a much closer relationship with Him and can tell others about Him with boldness and love. Since I started with Precept Ministries, I had the privilege of praying with 5 people who then gave their life’s to the Lord.

I was changed during this 10 day training on the Inductive Bible Study and knowing how to learn about the Bible becoming the main source. It is the first time I have learned to do a Bible study by taking a chapter and 5 to 6 verses and the participants discuss in groups on that chapter and reason on it and come with questions and answers to it. I love the way Precept taught us and gave us new knowledge, information and empowering us with skills in studying the Bible with purpose to share the word and take a clear message to those outside.

I thank God for the institute which have changed my life, I have learnt the interpretation of the word and how to apply to my daily life, I learn so many lessons which have built my faith about the Lord’s coming which have taught me to always be prepared before his coming.
