Have you ever had a moment where you wondered about the youth of today and what this dark world means for their future?
At Precept, our heart beats for the young people in Africa. Although there is so much darkness around them, God is raising up incredible young believers to shine His light among their peers.
During a recent leadership conference, a student from a university in South Africa participated in our session on the Precept 40-Minute Study: Being a Disciple: Counting the Real Cost. She was deeply impacted, especially by the message from Joshua, where God’s people were given not swords, but His Word. This inspired her, and her passion (shared in the attached video) is a powerful testament to the real change that happens when youth are equipped with God’s Word:
Our youth need to be able to study the Word for themselves and not rely on the myriad of influences bombarding them daily.
In honour of Youth Day around the corner, we want to invite you to partner with us in equipping the young people in Africa. With your support, we can continue to host training workshops for young leaders, holiday clubs for little ones, and even start school bible study groups. The opportunities are endless, and there are thousands of young people ready to hear the truth of God’s Word and be transformed by it.
