Sitting side-by-side on wooden benches, their prayers have been answered as they hold their very own resource in their heart language: the Bible study Being a Disciple: Counting the Real Cost in African French. This now enables them to unlock the truths of Scripture like never before. They are so grateful!
In the town of Tanguieta, 14 passionate participants meet weekly to study together. Many who once felt alone in their desire for deeper Bible study now find encouragement in fellowship and strength in their newfound understanding of the Bible.
It’s here, in small town communities like Tanguieta, where the Lord is raising up the Christians of tomorrow who will know His Word and share it with others.
As you can see in the photo, not everyone has access to their own study book. Those without a book follow along in their Bibles, the study books get passed around so everyone gets a turn each week.
